NH Collection Prague

Everything was perfect. If I could give 10 stars I would. My family and I loved our stay. Having parking garage, although a little expensive, was very convenient. The rooms were excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The highlight was the little cable car to our room. It was fun for kids. The breakfast was fabulous. And they also serve it to your room if you wish. We have stayed in so many hotels that have buffet breakfast just for the sake of having it on the service list but never is good, but at NH everything was fresh and tasted amazing. The day goes well when you have an amazing start. Overall it was excellent and we will go again.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location up on the hill offered great views and a peaceful atmosphere, yet it was still close enough to the city to explore easily. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. A big thank you to Petr, the Guest Relations Manager, who patiently explained everything about the hotel and gave us great sightseeing tips. Also, compliments to Chef Jirka – my son ordered the beef steak twice via room service and said it was one of the best he’s ever had – tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Overall, a lovely experience and we’ll definitely be back!

The room was spacious with a lovely view of the park. When we opened the doors in the morning we heard birds chirping and felt secluded in the centre of Prague. The cable car was fun for our kids and also gave a great view of Prague. The swimming pool and sauna were well maintained and excellent. We also loved the touch of welcome drinks and pastries !

My stay at this NH Collection hotel in Prague was truly special, thanks to its unique location and features. Situated in a different neighborhood, this hotel offers an experience like no other with its very own cable car that takes you up the hill. The ride itself is a treat, providing amazing views that set the tone for a luxurious stay. Upon arrival, after getting off the cable car, you're greeted with a stunning car lounge on the rooftop, offering even more spectacular views of the city. It's the perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of Prague from above. One of the most unique aspects of this hotel is its ground floor, which is actually located above and boasts a wonderful terrace. This terrace offers a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. I would also like to extend a special thanks to Peter (or Petra) from the reception for the amazing service provided by A1 Hospitality. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. . Overall, this hotel offers a remarkable experience that combines luxury with the charm of Prague's scenic beauty. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay in the city.
